The nearest airports are International Airport “Adem Jashari”- 87 km, “Mother Teresa” Airport in Rinas- 67 km and “Alexander the Great” Airport, located near Skopje where the distance is 120 km.
Through land routes, Prizren has communication in multiple directions.
From Durres, respectively from Tirana, arrival is made via a highway which passes through the picturesque mountains of Northern Albania and the Kalimash Tunnel, which has the longest length in the Balkans.
With Skopje, Prizren is connected through the Lumbardhi Gorge and the Sharr Mountains, and at one segment, it can be continued towards Tetovo, Gostivar and Struga.
With the capital, Pristina, there are now two roads: the highway and the motorway. From this key point, the destinations are multiple: Nis-Sofia-Istanbul/Skopje-Thessaloniki/Mitrovica-Belgrade.
An opportunity to travel through the water remains the desire of generations. It is the Kukës-Komon connection, through Lake Fierza and the Albanian fjords.
